  2. Close your Ears with your thumbs, close your eyes with your index fingers

  3. Ensure that your Nose is open & mouth is closed

  4. Inhale as much air as you can

  5. Exhale with your mouth closed & humm for as long as you can

  6. Concentrate on the vibrations going towards your ear
